In short. This website has no forms, uses no analytics or advertising and sets no cookies. We only process the data you send us when you write to hola@eixamtech.com, to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to manage the business relationship. We do not sell or share your data.

2. What data we process
When you write to us
Your name, your email address, your company and job title if you provide them, and the content of your message and any attachments. Please do not send us data that is not needed for your enquiry.
When you browse the website
Like any web server, our hosting provider’s server automatically logs the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are used to keep the website secure and running and are not used to identify you or build profiles.
The website uses no forms, analytics tools, tracking pixels or embedded social media content. Fonts are served from our own server, with no connections to third parties.
3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law (for example, with the Spanish Tax Agency or the courts).
To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement that requires them to protect it and not use it for other purposes:

5. International transfers
We do not transfer data internationally: web hosting and email are provided from within the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To do so, write to hola@eixamtech.com with the subject “Data protection”, stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to confirm it. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration, including access to the website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Minors
This website is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change the way we process data, we will update this page and the last updated date.
